Dark Chocolate with Walnuts & Goji Berries (90g)

Fine dark chocolate (cocoa content at least 55%) meets crunchy walnuts (10%) and sweet goji berries (20%)

Our walnuts are gently roasted and broken into manageable pieces so that they can fit into our chocolate.

The goji berry is considered a superfood and is increasingly used in desserts. Our fruits are gently dried so that the aroma is preserved in the fruit. Whole goji berries are added to the cocoa mass.

Our dark chocolate has a fine nutty taste. This is created by our special manufacturing process: the nuts are added to the warm chocolate so that they release nuances of their aroma into the cocoa mass.

This creates a feast for the eyes when you break open the bar and a taste experience when the chocolate melts in your mouth.
