General Terms and Conditions of WALDDESIGNERIN®
§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to his or her commercial nor his or her independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).
§2 Formation of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via our online shop http://www.walddesignerin.de
(2) In case of conclusion of the contract, the contract is concluded with

came about.
(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering process provided in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Customer goes to the shopping cart or "checkout"
3) Cash register is processed
4) Order is bindingly concluded
5) Customer is redirected to the order confirmation page
Before bindingly submitting the order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer's details are recorded by pressing the "Back" button in the Internet browser they are using after checking their details and correct any input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by sending an automatically generated email ("order confirmation"). This is our acceptance of your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We will send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by email. You can also view the general terms and conditions at any time at http://www.walddesignerin.de.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices indicated are final prices including VAT plus shipping costs.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance, via PayPal, Amazon Pay or SOFORT Überweisung.
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after the contract is concluded. With your order confirmation you will receive all the information you need to transfer the total amount of your order to our account. Please transfer the invoice amount to the account below within 7 days. Please make sure to include your order number in the purpose of payment. This is displayed on the order confirmation page. Once the total amount has been received in our account, your goods will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please note that the delivery period specified for your order begins when we receive and post your payment.

§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will take place within 3 working days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold shall pass to the buyer only when the goods are handed over to the buyer, even in the case of a sale by dispatch.
§5 Retention of title
We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§6 Warranty
The statutory warranty regulations apply.
§7 Contract Language
The contract language is exclusively German.
